Frequently asked questions
I'd like to bring my 3-year-old child, who is 1 metre tall. Will he be able to do most of the attractions outside the Splasher Zone? Which ones won't he be able to do?
Please note that your 3-year-old child will be able to use more than 17 slides in the Splashers zone, the lazy river, the rapids linking the entire water park and the wave pool. For safety reasons, they will not be able to access the slides in the two towers (Neptune and Poseidon towers), which require a height of 1.2 metres. We look forward to welcoming you and your son.
Are strollers allowed in the water park?
Yes, strollers and baby carriages are allowed.
Is Aquaventure Waterpark accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, Aquaventure Waterpark is accessible to people with reduced mobility. There is special equipment for the disabled and trained staff to assist them.
Am I allowed to visit the water park if I'm pregnant?
Pregnant women are allowed in the water park, but many slides are not suitable for pregnant women.
Are lockers and towels available?
Small lockers start from AED 50 and large lockers from AED 80. Towels start at AED 35 each. Combination locker and towel from AED 75.

Very fun day. The park is impeccably clean. Stunning setting. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool socks provided – floor was warm. Minimal queues for the slides – we went in March on a Monday. Plenty of places to eat at reasonable prices. You can connect your credit card to your wristband, so you don’t need cash in the park. There’s a water fountain to refill your water bottle by leap of faith. We took our own towels but can rent them – a bit expensive at AED 35 each. I didn’t book a cabana – it’s really not necessary as you’re walking around most of the day, you just chose a few deckchairs as a base. I used the lockers – about £20 for the day. The artificial river is great, there’s a section with rapids. There are lots of lifeguards around. I had a great day
