  • Please note that without a valid ID, you will not be admitted and no refund will be possible.
  • Dolphin Kayak participants are asked to arrive at Atlantis Dolphin Bay at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.
  • If you arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled time, you will be considered a “no show”.
  • Please note that the scheduled time is for compulsory check-in, not for the experience itself.
  • This experience is open to people aged 8 and over, and to all swimming levels. All children under 12 must be accompanied by a paid adult participant aged 18 or over.
  • The maximum number of participants per session is 6.
  • Telephone tickets are accepted.

    Tout dans cette visite était excellent, l’accueil et le service personnalisé pour nous emmener dans la zone des dauphins. Le dresseur qui était notre guide était excellent et a présenté les 4 dauphins et nous a montré comment les nourrir avec des glaçons. Les dauphins étaient extraordinaires. Ma femme et moi étions les seuls lors de ce voyage et nous avions 2 kayaks simples. Nous nous souviendrons toujours de cette période particulière.
