Discover the Dubai desert on an unforgettable adventure, starting with a pick-up from your hotel in an all-terrain vehicle.

Accompanied by an experienced local guide, you will travel to the desert, just 45 minutes from Dubai. On arrival at Lahbab Desert Camp, you will be warmly welcomed into an air-conditioned tent where you can relax and enjoy refreshments.

Then get ready for the thrill of driving an all-terrain vehicle through the dunes. You’ll also have the chance to visit a camel farm nestled in the heart of the desert. Get your adrenalin pumping as you tame the red dunes, admiring the way your vehicle splits the rugged landscape and rolls down the steep slopes.

Once the dune rally is over, you’ll have the chance to try your hand at sandboarding or simply enjoy the desert landscapes that surround you. Don’t forget to immortalise this unique and infinite horizon by taking some unforgettable photos. Afterwards, take a break in the red dunes and enjoy a peaceful camel ride through the heart of the desert.

To round off this memorable day, relax in a traditional camp where you will enjoy a delicious international BBQ dinner and watch a number of exciting Emirati shows. Finally, your guide will take you back to your hotel in Dubai, leaving you with lasting memories of this thrilling experience.

Good to know before you book

  • Pick-up times vary between 13:00 and 15:00, depending on the season and sunset. A message will be sent to you on the morning of your departure to let you know the exact pick-up time.

  • Return to the hotel between 21:00 and 22:30.

  • If you are traveling with children under 5, please book a private vehicle.

  • Dune rallying is not recommended for pregnant women or people with medical conditions such as heart or back problems.

  • To rent a buggy or quad, you must present your PASSPORT. No driving license is required.

  • Children aged 15 to 18 must be accompanied by an adult if riding a quad.

  • Children aged 2 to 4 can be passengers on their knees (buggy).

  • To avoid digestive problems, it’s advisable not to eat in the 2 to 3 hours preceding the dune tour.

  • If you have sensitive skin, we advise you not to get a henna tattoo.

  • In the event of a no-show, a delay of more than 10 minutes or cancellation within 48 hours, a fee corresponding to 100% of the cost of the service will be charged.

  • This activity is not transferable.

  • Confirmation slips can be presented in printed or mobile form.

  • People staying in Charjah will be picked up first and dropped off last during shared transport.
